
Our Return Policy strictly covers physical products that need to be sent back to us or exchanged.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return only if:
The product is Defective/Damaged: The item arrived broken or has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., broken 3D print, shattered glass).
The Wrong Product was Delivered: You received an item different from your order (e.g., wrong color, wrong name spelling made by us, or a different item entirely).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We DO NOT accept returns for:
Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply decided you no longer want the item.
Customer Errors: Incorrect spelling, dates, or design choices made by you during the ordering process.
No Unboxing Video: Claims without the mandatory video proof will be rejected immediately.
3. Return Process
Contact us at Connect@mycraftedcharm within 24 hours of delivery.
Submit your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Our Refund Policy applies when a replacement is not possible or if you are eligible for a monetary refund.
1. When Do We Offer a Refund?
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
Stock Unavailability: If we are unable to replace a damaged or wrong product due to lack of stock or materials.
Order Cancellation (Pre-Shipment): If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it (before the customization process has started). Once customization begins, no refunds are allowed.
Lost Packages: If the courier company officially confirms your parcel has been lost in transit.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
